What’s Happening Now
- Preview Advisor Exclusives launching Monday at 9am CT, including your Q3 Product Suite and the next round of Simple Page Kits.
- Team Builder Advisor Achievement launching Monday at 9am CT: Advisors who grew their team in 2025 or through the end of day on June 25 will have the opportunity to purchase a quantity of 1 of the Craft Caddy - Rainbow Dots and/or Large POD Tote - Rainbow Dots until Friday, July 10, at 11:59pm CT. Note: New team members must still be active in order to qualify.
- New Advisor Join Gift choice launching Wednesday, July 1, at midnight (12am) CT: Based on your feedback, the Crop Crew Tote & Scrappy Cap will no longer be a “get” option for new Advisors, and the new option we’re adding to the existing three choices is the Advisor Class Bundle (CM Craft Apron - Black and Intro Simple Page Kits - On the Bright Side, Natural Beginnings and Global Getaway).
- “Mastering the CM Collective” video series, Call 3: Explore the different places for Advisors to connect, including the purpose of each Community Group and how to create and engage with posts.

For our final week of June and our focus on joyfully growing our teams, we want to remind you of the importance of consistent check-ins that lead to coaching. The idea is to coach, not chase — meaning to encourage your team and celebrate. When they notice you noticing, it will lead to openness. It will allow you to add a follow-up question that leads to a deeper connection.
Coach, Don’t Chase
- Send one encouragement message to each team member
- Once they respond, follow up by asking: “How can I support you right now?”
- Listen, truly listen to their response and provide the support THEY need — not what you THINK they need!
