Your Challenge: Model the business you want your team to build.
- Do ONE income-producing activity yourself this week
- Host a class or crop
- Book a future event
- Share a product story or demo
- Tell your team what you did and why (not to brag—just to model).
- Invite your team to do the same, at their level.
Why this matters: Teams don’t duplicate instructions—they duplicate behavior. Practice what you preach!

“This past weekend I hosted my 18th annual 3-day retreat in Santa Ynez. This is the first year with an actual theme! Red, White and Scrap! I'm happy to say this will be the theme going forward! I even offered t-shirts
This venue is actually my mom's home. So just 12 scrappers, 2 shoppers and me, but I am happy to say I had good sales, averaging just over $100 each, they got 160 pages, and 46 cards completed! I had two newbies using album kits, and they we're very happy with what they accomplished.”
