Clarification for Custom Products

Thanks to all our Custom Products fans — we hope you and your customers are working on your projects and looking forward to getting these personalised memories into your hands!

Some questions have arisen lately in the Advisor Facebook Group as to which products will be turned off come 1 Dec. in preparation for implementing our exciting new website (with enhanced shopping capabilities!) and what will NOT transition to the new website.

Here's an overview:

While we plan to reopen Custom Products on the new website, we will NOT be able to transition current projects for Custom Albums, Pages, Album Covers and 8x8 Paper Albums.
Photo Prints will be available on the new site but projects/history will NOT be migrated.
We extended the Custom Products time period from one month (in autumn) to two months in spring — the goal being to give you and your customers extra time to finish projects that were previously started, as well as to finish new projects.
You will want to complete and order any Custom Projects in the works by 11:59pm AEDT on 30 Nov.

First Row Left: Advisor Di Watts held her three-night retreat with eight lovely ladies over the weekend, with lots of pages completed, loads of laughs and some yummy food.
First Row Right: Advisor Karen Corkhill had a blast at her Shoalwater Retreat with this lovely group.
Second Row Left: Advisor Alison Cole had a bunch of fun at her Croptoberfest, with 16 ladies creating eight double-page layouts and enjoying a yummy afternoon tea, prizes and lots of laughs with loads of memories preserved.
Second Row Right: Advisor Deborah Kozlovic had an amazing weekend with 26 beautiful, creative and inspiring women at her retreat.
Third Row: Advisor Vicki Donelly and 38 attendees celebrated their love of scrapbooking in wonderful company. They welcomed three newcomers, including a beginner and enjoyed prizes, a mega raffle, games and afternoon tea.
