First Row Left: Advisor Karen Davidson-Trbuza hosted a no-frills Croptoberfest event with 19 attendees, creating a warm and productive day filled with scrapbooking, great food and community. Everyone completed lots of pages and enjoyed spending time together in a relaxed, creative atmosphere.
First Row Right: Advisor Joy Nakamura Lane’s Croptoberfest 2025 was in full bloom with 25 guests over two days. Together with Upline Connie Tabor Skaggs and sideline Lynn Wessen Phillippe, they completed 236 pages, 644 photos and 72 cards, plus hosted three Make & Takes, three tip demos and a Quarter Auction that added to the fun. Both Joy and Connie also taught Beginner Classes, leaving guests excited for National Scrapbook Day 2026.
Second Row Left: Advisor Jayne Lang Frahmann celebrated another record-breaking Croptoberfest, hosting 40 attendees — their biggest ever. Co-host Cindy Esselman led a pink raffle fundraiser to support local cancer patients, adding purpose and heart to a day filled with laughter, creativity and community.
Second Row Right: Advisor Joni Lutz Swinford held her annual Croptoberfest Retreat in Bailey, Colorado, reaching full capacity with 12 attendees from Thursday to Sunday. She shared that it remains her favorite retreat of the year, filled with creativity, connection and beautiful mountain views.
Third Row Left: Advisor Susan Kelso hosted her Croptoberfest with 15 attendees, completing 138 pages and 15 cards while enjoying soups, sandwiches and fun games. Drawings were held every 30 minutes, and participants earned extra tickets by wearing previous Croptoberfest shirts.
Third Row Right: Advisor Mary Morabito Horwitz wrapped up her final monthly Beginner Class of 2025 with the Salvation Army Women’s Ministry group. The group welcomed a new beginner, Sharron, who had first attended Mary’s Croptoberfest last month. True to tradition, the newbie won a door prize — a Photo Trimmer — while another participant won a CCS Bundle, both of which were put to immediate use during class.
Fourth Row Left: Advisor Bj Perkins hosted her Fall Retreat (one of two) with 15 attendees, featuring two Make & Takes, four demos, and over 350 pages and cards completed.
Fourth Row Right: Advisor Dawn Slaven Greenwalt hosted her Croptoberfest 2025, calling it a total success — a joyful day of crafting, connection and creativity.

First Row Left: Advisor Becky Ray hosted her Croptoberfest 2025, welcoming nine attendees, including three new scrapbookers.
First Row Right: Advisor Chris Gladden held a Croptoberfest celebration October 10–11, co-hosting with Upline Kirstin Barnes. Attendees enjoyed a Cascading Page Class, a lively Paper Buffet, delicious food and plenty of laughter, making it a creative and memorable weekend.
Second Row Left: Advisor Carolyn Sue Crowder hosted a Grateful Giving Project Guide Book workshop filled with fun and laughter.
Second Row Right: Advisor Carol Wilson celebrated Croptoberfest with her Sweet Sixteen group, completing pages and participating in Challenge Accepted activities. The group loved the creative prompts, shared many laughs and left feeling inspired and accomplished.
Third Row Left: Advisor Georgette Lopez-Aguado wrapped up another Spooktacular Scrapbook Retreat, grateful for the wonderful time spent with her attendees.
Third Row Right: Advisor Joni Miller co-hosted a Croptoberfest weekend retreat with Pam Hoback Wood, marking her first multi-day collaboration. With 14 attendees, the weekend featured three demo sessions, Scrapbook Bingo, a pajama/dance party and plenty of prizes — making it a fun and successful retreat from start to finish.
Fourth Row Left: Advisor Laura Davis Teas hosted her first Croptoberfest with 10 attendees, celebrating a full day of creativity and memory-keeping. She introduced her first Paper Buffet, with 150 sheets of paper sold, and loved seeing guests work on albums featuring vacations, Christmas and pets.
Fourth Row Right: Advisor Becky Kelley Pollard held Croptoberfest 2.0, a three-day crop event packed with Make & Takes, door prizes and demos.

⭐ First Row Left: Advisor Becky Hamilton Smith hosted her monthly no-frills crop with an Awesome Autumn theme, welcoming six attendees, including three new guests (two found her through the CM website). She offered a free Make & Take focused on using scraps, taught a frame punch technique class, and introduced an Inspiration Station filled with Project Recipes and sketches that sparked creativity among participants.
First Row Right: Advisor Dianne Strasser Hecker held her 2025 Croptoberfest in New Orleans, hosting 33 ladies for a joyful one-day event. She shared how thankful she felt for everyone who attended and contributed to a warm, memorable gathering.
Second Row Left: Advisor Teri Edwards hosted her 2nd Annual Open House & Crop, welcoming 11 attendees for a day of creativity and fun. Guests completed the Copper Canyon 2 Project Recipe, made tags and cards and took part in challenges with wheel spins and prize drawings.
Second Row Right: Advisor Tina Albers Mitchell hosted her first-ever Croptoberfest with 15 attendees. The group completed Project Recipes, participated in Beginner Classes and spent the day learning, laughing and celebrating creativity together.
Third Row Left: Advisor Debbie McCracken Forney led a Beginner Class using the Christmas Card Kit, sharing festive inspiration and techniques with her attendees — though one participant was missed in the photo.
Third Row Right: Advisor Cassia McElhare celebrated her first-ever Croptoberfest with a small, close-knit group that allowed for meaningful conversations and new friendships. She shared how excited she is to continue hosting future events.
Fourth Row Left: Advisor Pamela Hall Chattin presented a $100 donation check at her crop to customer Jackie Carmichael for her bike-riding fundraiser for childhood cancer.
Fourth Row Right: Advisor Julie Alesky Olsted enjoyed a long scrapbook weekend with friends she’s been crafting with for over 20 years. The group embraced fun themes for their pages and several participated for the first time in the Creative Memories Virtual Crop Group, adding an extra layer of excitement to their tradition.

First Row Left: Advisor Lisa Breheney hosted her hybrid Croptoberfest scrapbooking event, where everyone had a blast and completed adorable pages together. The day was filled with creativity, laughter and inspiration — a wonderful celebration of community and memory-keeping.
First Row Right: Advisor Melissa Vaccaro tried something new with her Jingle & Mingle Card Class, a beginner-friendly event that drew 10 attendees — eight brand new to her. Guests discovered how fun and simple Creative Memories kits can be, and the event sparked renewed excitement for scrapbooking.
Second Row Left: Advisor Linda Savage Hendrix welcomed 30 customers to her fall “Hit the Road” retreat, themed around “every mile is a memory.” She shared her gratitude for being able to call this creative and community-driven work her business, saying there’s truly nothing better than doing what you love.
