  • First Row Right: Advisor Karen McCorkle wrapped up her final event of the year, closing out the season with her customers.
  • Second Row Left: Advisor Connie Hainline, along with Pam Winn, Stephanie Baxter, Vicky Long, Gloria Dominguez, and Pamella Wiidanen, hosted 75 scrapbookers and card makers at their annual Winter Retreat. Attendees enjoyed a full weekend of creativity, community and fun, and the team looks forward to returning to the same venue in March 2026.
  • Second Row Right/Top: Advisor Cheryl Pence co-hosted Croptoberfest 2025 with Marcia Sommer Masten and Donna Richardson Baker. About 50 ladies attended, and together they collected generous food and cash donations benefiting the church’s little free pantry.
  • Second Row Right/Bottom: Advisor Vicky Spruance held her 7th annual Jingle Bell Crop with 30 attendees — her largest group yet, including six new participants. The event was festive, fun and included a sweet treat from Hurts Donuts.
  • Fourth Row Left: Advisor Adrienne Stevens hosted her monthly Beginner Class at the Community Center. While no new attendees joined this time, her returning group continues to grow closer each month. The Burst of Gratitude Card Kit was especially loved, with multiple kits sold, and Adrienne enjoyed seeing how much these gatherings mean to her group.
  • Fourth Row Right: Advisor Cassie Oelberg kicked off her weekend with a Leaders’ Earned Trip spa day, rewarding top performers and inspiring several to implement similar programs in 2026. Her full retreat weekend included games, recognition, challenges, shared meals and heartfelt connection with her first line.

  • Second Row Left: Advisor Kathy Hoeppner welcomed 19 ladies to her final crop of the year, a Thursday-through-Sunday event filled with fun, friendship and three brand-new croppers. The group loved the tag Make & Take, and Kathy plans to create a photo checklist for future crops.
  • 🌟Second Row Right: Advisor Angie Wagner hosted her monthly crop with 12 attendees, including one new person referred by the CM website. The group enjoyed a great lunch, plenty of laughs and completed more than 60 pages.
  • Third Row Left: Advisor Rhonda Wilder spent a wonderful evening with her scrapbooking group, featuring a lively Paper Buffet game, product demonstrations and warm fellowship.
  • Third Row Right: Advisor Carla Nilsen enjoyed Croptoberfest in Portland, Oregon, with a cozy group of 10 attendees.
  • Fourth Row Left: Advisor Carla Franklin, along with Debbie Defino Crockett and Toni Sturdevant, held their annual Croptoberfest. Attendees completed the Project Recipe, enjoyed demos and created Make & Takes.
  • Fourth Row Right: Advisor Heather Weed wrapped up her final event of the year with 51 attendees — her largest event in seven years. Six new customers joined in, including a group of young hospital workers. Guests completed over 1,200 pages, made hundreds of cards, learned cascading pages, and adapted Simple Life instructions into a two-page layout.
  • First Row Left: Advisor Julie Olsted hosted a fun holiday class where attendees made Christmas cards, gift tags and gift card holders. Everyone loved getting a jump on their holiday tasks, and Julie was grateful for friends bringing new friends to join the creativity.
  • First Row Right: Advisor Tara O'Gorman held her Annual Open House with 30+ customers shopping, creating Make & Takes, and filling out wish lists over two days. Eleven local Advisors joined her for dinner on Sunday night. With over $3,000 in sales and more than $1,000 raised for charity, the event was a huge success.
  • Second Row Left: Advisor Alisha Frost wrapped up a wonderful four-day retreat with 24 attendees, filled with Christmas surprises, birthday celebrations, completed pages, games and prizes. She shared how full her heart feels this season.
  • Second Row Right: Advisor Debra Moorer led an afternoon Tag Page Layout activity inspired by Pam Winn and adapted by Tracy Parrish Robinson.
  • Third Row Left: Advisor Ashley Ruhlig participated in a craft fair focused on awareness and connections. She hosted a giveaway for a Tag Kit and free class, gaining about 10 new local contacts. She also offered a “make a Christmas card” station and connected with customers old and new, including one new preteen crafter.
  • Third Row Right: Advisor Michelle Burkhart enjoyed a friend-focused scrapbooking retreat she helped plan long before becoming an Advisor. With no pressure to sell, she simply set out her inventory and still had strong sales from those who needed supplies. She reflected on the joy of scrapbooking with friends and letting the weekend unfold naturally.
  • Fourth Row Left: Advisor Robin Pajak held a No-Frills Crop, during which her group completed an Angel Tree Project using the December Days Kit. They added lined paper to the backs of tags for wish lists and needs and enjoyed a day of crafting together.
  • Fourth Row Right: Advisor Tasha Williams had an amazing Croptoberfest with 26 customers and Advisors. The group “Made Memories Bloom,” added sparkle with CM bling and socks, and completed Project Recipes.
  • First Row Left: Advisor Karen Dill hosted a “Christmastime is Here” Peanuts-themed crop with 10 attendees, featuring a two-page holiday spread, a Peanuts-inspired spread, three gift tag make-and-takes, an ornament exchange, games, food and lots of laughter.
  • First Row Right: Advisor Susanne Steffensen partnered with Joanne Bambino Hall to run a Gingerbread House Competition at their Virginia Beach crop. Guests created themed houses, voted for their favorite, and the winning entry earned a Snowflake Album.
  • Second Row Left: Advisor Michelle Leamy hosted an all-day crop at the Quarryville VFW, including a Beginner Class where two new scrapbooking guests created their first projects. Attendees explored different scrapbook styles, purchased page kits and albums, and left inspired.
  • Second Row Right: Advisor Sheila Enlow and her downline led a Beginner Class with eight participants — four brand-new and four returning. Several guests plan to attend monthly crops, and two expressed interest in hosting classes of their own after the holidays.
  • Third Row Left: Advisor Deanna Shannon held her first Christmas Card class, filling all four seats and selling an additional kit. Two attendees were brand new — including one with no crafting experience — and everyone quickly caught on and enjoyed getting into the holiday spirit.
  • Third Row Right: Advisor Esther Summers welcomed a new customer to her November Beginner Class and workshop. Though she forgot to capture group photos, the day was filled with fun, shared goals and excitement as attendees worked toward completing their albums.
  • Fourth Row Left: Advisor Skye Peterson taught a Beginner Class hosted by one of her customers, with 11 attendees — seven brand new. The group made two Festive Greetings cards and three Open House tag projects, and there is already enthusiasm for making it a recurring gathering.
  • Fourth Row Right: Advisor Cindy Hearrell participated in her first vendor event at a local holiday open house, selling all her card kits, offering tag make-and-takes, and connecting with new customers. She enjoyed the experience and the opportunity to introduce Creative Memories to more people.
  • First Row Left: Advisor Sara Bunch held her Croptoberfest with 15 of 30 invited attendees. She sold $335 in on-hand inventory, collected canned goods for the church food pantry, and asked guests to contribute toward lunch. Spread across three rooms, the event was fun and productive.
  • First Row Right: Advisor Christy Powell wrapped up her last and largest crop of the year with 12 attendees, including a returning 13-year-old cropper. Her Beginner Class attracted an old coworker, who brought her 11-year-old niece, the niece’s mom and a friend — all first-timers. What started with hesitation turned into genuine enjoyment, and the mom even purchased a beginner album and added Christy’s next event to her calendar.
  • Second Row: Advisor Rebecca Roberts taught a Beginner Card-Making class for a local service club, preparing Christmas cards for senior homes. Attendees ranged widely in age and experience — including Ralph, a 92-year-old retired teacher who proudly mastered the Tape Runner. The group worked at different speeds and styles, creating a warm reminder that meeting people where they are is the key to successful Beginner Classes.
