“Decided to jump right in for 2026 and hosted my first Beginner Scrap Journal Class on Jan 2. I had a few cancellations but ended up with six in person and five virtual attendees with four new to me. It was such a fun, easy-going night and we all got our journals started. I offered the class for $10 but if they purchased the 2026 journal bundle from me then they could attend the monthly class free for the year. In-person worked great and we all shared different ideas of how we were going to use and decorate our journals. It was difficult hosting virtual at same time as in-person, so I think I might have to rethink that part of it and possibly cut the virtual or offer that on a separate day. Happy with results from the first event and the ladies all want to come back next month.”
