Before we flip the switch, there are a few important steps you must take to ensure you do not lose access to key information. Please complete the following by Sunday, March 15.

1. Print Photo and Custom Foiled Spines, Download Digital Files.

We are not bringing over the following to the new website:

• Custom Foiled Spines

• Photo Prints

• Download 2024 and 2025 1099 forms (U.S. only).

• Previously purchased digital downloads

• Custom Product Projects (not currently accessible)

Please download or print before March 15.

2. Download Customer-Affiliated Order Reports

Advisors should export customer-affiliated order reports and download needed files before the deadline of March 15, 2026.

3. Save or order Custom Foiled Spines and Photo Prints

Please note: After the new site goes live on March 16, 2026, it will take some time for Photo Prints and Custom Foiled Spines to return, likely later in June. We will keep you updated when these offerings will return.

4. Redeem Outstanding Achievements

Please redeem outstanding achievement products by March 15. This includes achievements like the Join Gift and CM Apron. CM Credits will migrate to the new system with their historical transactions and current balances intact.

5. Download 1099 Forms (U.S. Advisors Only)

1099 forms for 2024 and 2025 will not be available on the new site. Download them before March 15.

Additional Updates

• Commission deposits will arrive one day later than your current schedule. So if you currently get paid on a Wednesday, after the website launches, you will be paid on a Thursday.

• Your Advisor URL will automatically redirect. No need to order new business cards.

“This was my first Beginners Class with CM!
This was a #BeginnerClassWin because everyone who was invited is newly married and/or young moms! So getting them away from their regular busy and sometimes chaotic lives was HUGE!

I started with an intro into how long I’ve been memory keeping and what made me start. I talked about the importance of getting their stories and photos off the phone and into print. Helped them decide on photos and had them upload the Project Life APP and taught them how to use it and create photo collages that we could then print out to use on the pages they were going to use. I feel like teaching them how to use this APP will simplify the process of choosing photos. It was important for me to show them how to decide on their photos and it’s very important to alleviate any overwhelm right away when it comes to deciding on their photos.

I took those moments to also introduce them to the peek-a-boo pockets and how they can complete their story on a double page and not ‘leave a photo behind 😆’

I took everyone’s suggestions (here on the Collective) about giving them scissors first and then they learned how to use the photo trimmer after.

I LOVED how they each decided they weren’t going to follow the instructions perfectly and changed their photo sizes to how they wanted them. For example, 2x3’s and 2x2’s plus more photos than the example page too.

My big takeaway was how different a younger generation of future memory keepers approach the class and how easily they jumped in with zero hesitation. I think the fact that I made a sample which was exact to the instructions (with no photos on it) and I ALSO made another one with a completely different photo layout for a specific event of mine (with photos on it) showed them that they can adapt these pages for themselves and their photos AND they still look fantastic!

We will meet again next month and I will take that opportunity to show them the 8x8 and 12x12 album kits. I was nervous in overloading them and they also needed to get back to their families. It was a great morning 💛"
