“Today I hosted my very first NSD crop! I had three ladies show up! One is a brand-new mom, one is my son’s girlfriend, who just wasn’t into scrapbooking, and the last is my friend who usually stitches while I crop (but we like to visit while we do our own thing!). Today she wanted to try a Simple Page Kit — she now wants to crop instead of stitch at my first Monday Crop nights so she can have a new “page” to put in a frame at work! The new mom can’t wait to keep going with more — I did share the Album Kit with her today and I bet she will purchase the next time she wants to come again! And lastly, my sweet girl (I have three sons and I have dreamed of a day one of my girls would want to join me cropping, as I have loved every minute of crafting with my mom) is looking forward to cropping more this fall when she returns to college after working as a camp counselor this summer!

This is long, I am sorry, but I am pretty rural and have longed for a group to crop with and that has been my focus this year — I started First Monday Crop nights, which led to NSD day, which is now allowing my dream of having a crop group close to me!

Create the Best has been a huge motivating tool for me! Today we had ladies from 19 to 70 cropping together! My heart is overflowing!”
