Advisor-Only products launching Monday at noon CT — ships the week of 11/24: Cutting Mat Layout Bundle (limit 1 per Advisor until Wednesday, Nov. 19, at noon CT); Custom Cutting System Border Cutting Tools. These products will launch as Advisor Exclusives, and will open to customers in December if quantities remain. If we sell through, they will be available for purchase again in 2026.
Secret Box #5 will be available to purchase ($69.00) starting Monday at noon CT for those who qualified (purchased 2025 Secret Boxes #1-4) in the quantity they qualified to purchase. Note: 1 exclusive product in Secret Box #5 will be included in your order, but will not be in the sealed box.
- For qualifying Advisors, these will be launched as purchase Achievements to redeem in their qualifying quantities from their accounts. They will have until Dec. 18 at 11:59pm CT to redeem.
- Advisors' customers will find Secret Box #5 under New and be limited to a quantity of 1. Any customers who qualify to purchase more than 1 will have them loaded to their carts by Customer Service on Monday morning to purchase and redeem.

Custom Products reminder: We’re preparing for our new website launch, so you'll want to be sure to complete and order any in-progress Custom Projects by Nov. 30 at 11:59pm CT. Current projects for Custom Albums, Pages, Album Covers and 8x8 Paper Albums will not transition to the new site. Digital Artwork/Project Playbooks in My Downloads will not transition to the new website.

New tools are coming your way — and they’re only available to Advisors (to start)! The Cutting Mat Layout Bundle and Custom Cutting System Border Cutting Tools will make their debut and are designed to take your scrapbooking and creativity to the next level with precision.

These new tools will launch exclusively for Advisors starting Monday at noon CT and will ship the week of Nov. 24. If quantities remain, we’ll open them to customers in December. If quantities sell through, we'll open the reorder to Advisors and customers in 2026.

Cutting Mat Layout Bundle

We’re getting ready to launch a NEW website in 2026 on a completely new platform. This is a big project, and to give our IT team time, we’re rearranging some of the more complex launches planned for November and December.

Secret Box #5 will release on Nov. 17 and start shipping the week of Nov. 24. If you or your customers have qualified for this box, this means you get to order it earlier than expected! For the redemption process, refer to the bullets at the top of this email.

Today’s the Day: Secret Box #4 Opening + Virtual Crop Kick-Off!

The wait is over — the November Virtual Crop starts tonight at 5pm CT! But the fun begins early with the Secret Box #4 Opening at 4:30pm CT, where you’ll finally see what’s inside your box of surprises.

Then, dive into four brand-new sketch challenges inspired by the Secret Box Project Guidebook, and share your pages in the group for a chance to win prizes and connect with crafters around the world.

First Row Left: Advisor Donna Bowman taught a class on creating tag booklets using the December Days kit at a retreat organized by Mary Stanton, enjoying time with a wonderful group of enthusiastic scrappers.
First Row Right: Advisor Michele Norman hosted a heartwarming card-making class with her local community living group, creating Christmas cards alongside participants and support workers. The group loved having handmade cards to gift, and support workers even purchased extra kits and plan to schedule future classes.
Second Row Left: Advisor Angela Appeldoorn held her second Croptoberfest event of the season, where guests helped her celebrate her 50th birthday while creating cards, wedding invitations, and plenty of scrapbook pages.
Second Row Right: Advisor Suzanne Bowker co-hosted Croptoberfest 2025 with Monica McCarey and Linda Mendonca at a new venue that worked out beautifully. With 80 ladies and one gentleman attending, the cozy 4' table setup brought back the feel of early-years crops. Attendees completed lots of pages and albums, reconnected with friends from across Ontario, and the Scraptastics team enjoyed capturing a team photo after the group shot.
Third Row Left: Advisor Nancy Kuiper spent the weekend as a vendor at a long-running scrapbooking retreat, where she enjoyed reconnecting with customers, showing new products, and generating strong sales — including preorders for Black Friday promos. The event included trick-or-treating, a wrestling match, and baseball fun, and she’s already excited for the spring retreat.
Third Row Right: Advisor Sherry Lewin wrapped up her Scraptacular Mountain Retreat feeling full of gratitude after a fun-filled event with 30 guests. Highlights included hotel staff carving pumpkins, guests sharing Halloween treats, game time, and plenty of matching PJ cat pants that added to the festive atmosphere.
