- Can I purchase fewer than 8 Totally Tonal products? Absolutely. You can purchase as many or as few Totally Tonal products as you like, but in order to qualify to earn the free gifts, you will need to place an order for a minimum of 8 Totally Tonal products in one order.
- Do the Q1 Totally Tonal Duos qualify toward earning the freebie? Yes! Both the Q1 Totally Tonal Duos and Q2 Totally Tonal Hues qualify toward earning the free gift.
- Can I earn more than 3 free gift sets per order? There is a limit of 3 free gift sets per order, but there is no limit to the number of orders you can place.
- I don’t see my free gifts in my cart. What should I do? If you don’t see the free gifts in your cart, you’ll want to verify that you: 1) Are signed in to your account, 2) Have at least 8 Totally Tonal products in your cart.
