• I don't see the pop-up to choose my free punch/BMC. What should I do? If you don't see the pop-up to choose your free punch/BMC, you’ll want to verify that you: 1) Are signed in to your account and 2) Have at least 1 qualifying punch or BMC in your cart.
• I don't see the free punch/BMC choices via the pop-up on my mobile phone. What should I do? Phones don't have enough real estate to display all your choices. Using the arrows or dots in the pop-up, scroll to the right to view the additional options.
