- I am a customer; can I earn more than 1 free sketch book and keychain (“gift set”) per order? There is a limit of 1 free gift set per order but no limit to the number of orders you can place.
- I am an Advisor; can I earn more than 1 free gift set per order? Yes; Advisors can earn 5 free gift sets per order when they spend $500+. Advisors may also place multiple $100+ orders to receive one free gift set per order.
- I don't see my free gift(s) in my cart. What should I do? If you don't see your free gift(s) in your cart, you’ll want to verify that you: 1) Are signed in to your account, 2) Have at least $100+ in products in your cart.

Digital Artwork qualifies toward the threshold for earning free gifts. If you ONLY purchase Digital Artwork and claim your free gifts, you will be charged the minimum freight rate to ship them to you. You must meet the qualifying spend amount in retail products in one (1) order to qualify to earn the free gifts for that tier.
