LET'S MAKE OUR VISION FOR 2025 A REALITY!

The Creative Minds Conference was an AMAZING experience for the almost 600 Advisors who attended. One of many meaningful things that came out during the event was everyone's dedication and motivation to share the CM magic with as many people as we can.

Today, we have a worldwide Advisor community of 20,000 Advisors across the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan. Our vision is to double our Advisor community to 40,000 by 2025 and make sure that there are millions more family albums in the homes of people who might not even have a family album today.

It can be scary to put a goal out in the world, but when we share a goal, we’re far more likely to fulfill it. And when we work together, we’re pretty much unstoppable.

And it's easier than it seems...

After taking current growth rate into account, if just 50% of our Advisors today who have no team added 1 team member, we would have 34,000 Advisors.
If Advisors who currently have 1 team member added 1 more team member, we would have 36,000 Advisors.
If Advisors who currently have 2 team members added 2 more team members, we would have 37,000 Advisors.
And if Advisors who have 3 or more team members today added 3 more team members, we will have DOUBLED our Advisor community and grown it to 40,000 Advisors.

The Create the Best for Your Business Booklet is about facing fears and creating consistency for YOUR business — it provides the stepping stones to success. Where we focus our attention, we see growth. This is a tool to help focus on the steps to take to grow; you don’t have to worry about the results — they will come from consistency and working the challenges in the booklet.

The booklet consists of four sections with a total of 48 challenges. In each section, you’ll choose five challenges to complete (or more!) to help you grow a business that serves your needs, passions and goals.

3 Advisors from US/CA who add the most new Advisors to their team
3 Upline Advisors from US/CA whose team (collectively) adds the most new Advisors will earn this amazing trip!

(New team members will need to be at Level 2 at end-of-day (11:59pm CT) on Dec. 31, 2022.)

We want to get into the same room with these six leaders to talk about the next phase of growing the CM customer and Advisor communities. Do you want to be in that room? We want to see you there!

As Caleb’s goal is to grow our community, that means that we’re sharing the CM magic with as many NEW people as we can. Thus, “new Advisor” refers to Advisors signing up for the first time. Returning or reactivating Advisors do not count as a “new Advisor.”
The six earners will be inclusive of U.S. and Canadian Advisors together.
If one Advisor qualifies in both categories, we will accept the Advisor in the fourth position for one of the categories. We want six Advisors total in the room with us!
The qualification for Upline Advisors whose team collectively adds the most new Advisors means that if you are an Upline, if your Downline welcomes 15 new Advisors from June 13-Oct. 31, 2022, and all of those new Advisors are at Level 2 at end-of-day (11:59pm CT) on Dec. 31, 2022, then your total is 15. If your Downline welcomes 25 new Advisors from June 13-Oct. 31 and only 20 of those new Advisors are at Level 2 at end-of-day (11:59pm CT) by Dec. 31, 2022, then your total is 20. We will only count the new team members of your Downlines who have joined in the time period of June 13-Oct. 31, 2022, and then are at Level 2 at end-of-day (11:59pm CT) on Dec. 31, 2022. The Upline Advisor also must have at least one new team member themselves who joined between June 13-Oct. 31, 2022, and is at Level 2 at end-of-day (11:59pm CT) on Dec. 31, 2022. Ties for individual team building will be broken based on the total personal sales of New Advisors added during the qualification period. Ties for group team building will be broken by the upline Advisor's personal team building during the qualification period. Then, if needed, the total personal sales of New Advisors added during the qualification period.
