COVID-19 NOTICE
We are currently not able to accept any orders due to Minnesota’s COVID-19 stay at home order announced Wednesday, March 25. Currently, this has been set by Minnesota Governor Walz to last two weeks. We will keep you updated via email or here on this landing page.

Minnesota Governor Walz has declared a COVID-19 stay at home order that is effective as of Friday, March 27, at 11:59pm CT, which means our Operations team will need to be at home and will be unable to process traditional or digital product orders.

Due to the volume of orders we have received March 23-25, we will need to close the site immediately so the team has time to get through the orders that have been placed so far.

Key things for you to know:

  • Beginning immediately, the website’s “proceed to checkout” functionality will be shut down. So all traditional and digital products will not be available to order.
  • The site will remain up for browsing, wish lists and Advisor signups. Site visitors will also be able to add products to their carts during this time.
  • The creation process for digital custom albums, refill pages and spines will be available, so everyone who would like to can keep working on digital projects, then place their order when checkout is again available.
  • Orders received up until the site closure should be manufactured and shipped. If your order does not ship, you will receive contact from our team notifying you of the next steps.
  • If new Advisors join between March 25 and the date the stay at home order is lifted, they will have time to redeem their join gifts and coupon. Again, if you fall into this situation, our team will work with you individually.
  • Product launches and promotions will be put on hold and/or moved (which means lots of great stuff coming when we’re back to business as usual).
  • As soon as this mandate is removed, we will notify you via email and will begin accepting and fulfilling orders immediately. Our product launches will also return to their regular cadence. You can subscribe to receive emails here.

As a reminder, we are here for you.

  • Emails and blog posts will continue with inspirational content. You can subscribe to the blog here.
  • Our social media sites will remain open and are terrific places to connect.

  • Customer service will remain available, so if specific situations or questions come up, we will work with those affected individually. We’re in this together and will make sure that we do all we can to get the best result for you.
  • We’ll continue with our Virtual Crop schedule and populating CMTV, your hub for all the latest scrapbooking ideas and sketches, tips and techniques tutorial videos, virtual events and more.

While this is tough news, we understand leaders across the country and the world must focus on what’s best for everyone’s health and safety. We support them while they’re making these tough calls because that is our goal — we want all of you and yours to be healthy and safe.

And in the meantime, we will stay in touch and continue to support you in every way we can. We hope you all can stay well and are able to celebrate your home time. (And we welcome and appreciate all photos and stories.)
