UPDATE ON COVID-19 NOTICE
We are excited to announce that as of Tuesday, 7 April, we will once again be accepting and fulfilling orders.
We are happy to share that as of Tuesday, 7 April, we will once again be accepting and fulfilling orders out of our home office in St. Cloud, Minn.
As you know, we ceased our shipping operations on 27 March in response to the stay at home notice by Governor Walz of Minnesota. The health of our team and community comes first and we thought the socially responsible thing to do was close operations to help in the fight against COVID-19 while we took time to fully understand the scope of the Governor’s order.
Since then, we have received additional clarification and we have made further adjustments to our operations to keep the team safe. We are also engaging in several strategic endeavors to help in the fight against COVID-19. In short, we are confident we can reopen in full compliance with the Governor’s order. We closed on 27 March because we felt it was the right thing to do. We are planning to reopen because we feel it is the right thing to do.
We’re pleased to be able to support our community when the website reopens Tuesday, 7 April, at 3am AET and we’re grateful to be part of your life, which is why it’s been important to us to restore shipping operations as quickly and safely as possible. With all of the unknowns we are all facing each day, relying on our community and helping each other to focus on the good in their lives is more important than ever.
