Rewards, Rewards, Rewards!

The Creative Minds Conference will feature everything you’d expect when hundreds of amazing people come together, like creative product ideas, the chance to learn from smart and savvy Advisors and recognition for all the great things you do! And what better way to recognize your unparalleled efforts than with prizes?!

Advisors can earn points during an upcoming qualification period, which will be redeemable for prizes at the conference and during a redemption period in Spring 2020.

Account Balance Change

  • On Nov. 1, we'll take a snapshot of your Account Balance.
  • On March 31, we'll take another snapshot of your Account Balance.
  • With every increase of $500 between those two amounts, you'll earn 5 points (capped at 100 points)!

New Team Members at Level 2

  • For every new team member you welcome Nov. 1-March 31 who is at Level 2 at the end of the qualification period, you'll receive 25 points and a ticket for the Draw (more on that below!).

Redeem Your Points

Whether you earn 5 points or 100, there's something great waiting for you once you cash them in!

During the redemption period in April 2020, qualifying Advisors can select the reward(s) they would like to redeem. You can even mix and match rewards, depending on how many you have (e.g., If you earn 50 points, you can choose one of the 50-point rewards or two 25-point reward options, five 10-point rewards, etc.). TIP: You'll find a handy tracking widget at the top of your My Reports page in the Advisor HQ that updates daily.

And we've provided one in Excel that you can use to determine just what you need to do to reach your point goals, track your downline and more in the marketing tools section at the bottom of this page!

Take a look at the list below for ways conference attendees can redeem their points at the conference. Advisors who earn Rewards Points but are unable to attend the event will still be eligible to redeem non-event-related prizes, including the exclusive paper pack and stickers, exclusive album cover and custom album cover, as well as Visa Cards.

2020 Creative Minds Conference – Incentive Experiences Saturday, June 13, 2020

Choose between the following experiences to redeem your Creative Minds Conference incentive points!

Interactive Cooking Class + Lunch

Culinary loves company! Simply put, there isn’t a more energizing, conversation-driving, creative-unleashing, socially-engaging experience than what we’ll enjoy during our time together. When people start gathering in the kitchen at Cooks of Crocus Hill, they can’t help but relax, open up and completely enjoy themselves. With the most beautiful cooking school kitchens in town, complete with inviting and versatile dining spaces, the event will be led by chefs whose entertaining and winning personalities are only exceeded by their tremendous culinary talents. Top that with inspired menus filled with creative deliciousness! You’ll not only learn some handy cooking tips, but also take home recipes and enjoy a full lunch that you help prepare through guided instruction, as you have a blast with fellow achievers.

Length: 4 hours Points: 50 Minimum attendees: 25

Explore the Notorious Past of St. Paul + Lunch

Baby Face Nelson. Machine Gun Kelly. Kid Caan. Ma Barker. Those are the names Americans were familiar with during prohibition. Alvin “Creepy” Karpis once said, “If you were looking for a guy you had not seen in a few months, you usually thought of two places: Prison or St. Paul.”

Join us as we depart Minneapolis and travel back in time to St. Paul, to the era of the “untouchables.” During Prohibition, St. Paul was at the heart of the gangster world, and together, we’ll see a number of iconic spots the gangsters visited and became infamous during Prohibition. We’ll see where Dillinger had a shoot-out with St. Paul police and pass the former most-exclusive speakeasy in the area, all while enjoying several surprises along the way!

This city tour with a unique twist will include a stop along the route at the Landmark Center. Once the site of famous gangster trials, the restored federal courts building still commands respect, eventually becoming the headquarters for all federal offices in the upper Midwest. This grand edifice has been awarded numerous times for its architectural genius.

Next on our tour is a stop at the Wabasha Street Caves. The “caves” were dug in the early 1800s out of a layer of rock known as St. Peter Sandstone and became notorious as hideouts for gangsters during the last century. Finally, we’ll recap all we’ve seen as we enjoy lunch in St. Paul, before heading back to its sister city across the river.

Length: 4 hours Points: 50 Minimum attendees: 30

Iconic Minneapolis Tour and Guided Minnehaha Falls Photo Tour + Lunch

Enjoy a comfortable ride during a two-hour Minneapolis Bus Tour, taking in all things Minneapolis, including a stop at Minnehaha Falls, where a professional photographer will meet you for a guided photo tour of the falls and surrounding area.

Sights include: Mississippi Riverfront, Sculpture Garden, Walker Art Center, Stone Arch Bridge, St. Anthony Falls, Basilica of St. Mary, Mary Tyler Moore Statue, Nicollet Island, Prince landmarks, Bob Dylan Mural and more! We’ll wrap up with lunch as we discuss all we’ve seen and enjoyed!

Length: 4 hours Points: 50 Minimum attendees: 30

Product Workshop with Shari & Carrie

Sit down with Product Development Director Shari Rieland and Design Manager Carrie Hyopponen to get behind-the-scenes insights on the product development and design processes from the people responsible for a countless number of Creative Memories bestselling products over the last 10+ years. It’s your chance to learn about where inspiration comes from, how new ideas are concepted and how the team keeps up with trends, as well as plenty of time for questions.

Length: 2 hours Points: 35 Minimum attendees: 10

Please note: You will see minimum numbers next to three of the incentive experiences on June 13. If the number of Advisors interested in them does not meet the minimum, we won’t be able to offer that experience when redemption happens in April. We will offer additional surveys to points-earners between now and then to see if changes occur before redemption.
