• When will the discounted pricing and the $25 off promo be available? At 12:01am CT on Nov. 28, products that were previously in Last Chance will go live with discounted pricing in December Deals. The $25 off promo will also go live at 12:01am CT.
• I see December Deals with discounted pricing — can I check out and redeem the $25 off promo before the new products go live at noon CT on Nov. 28? Yes! But if you wait until noon CT you'll get to see the newest releases!
• How do I know if a product is a “December Deal”? All products will be clearly labelled with December Deal banners on the website and will have “December Deal” included in the product name. You can also find them all in the December Deals category on the navigation of the website.
• How do I get the $25 off discount? Spend $150+ on December Deals products and you'll get $25 off in your cart.
• Do all December Deals products qualify toward earning the $25 discount? All December Deals products except for the CM Rolling Bag qualify toward earning the discount. The CM Rolling Bag is excluded.
• Is there a limit to how many times I can redeem the $25 off? There is a limit of redeeming $25 off once per order, but there is no limit to the number of orders you can place.

• I don't see the $25 off in my cart. What should I do? Make sure that 1) You are logged in to your account and 2) You have $150+ of December Deals products in your cart in one order.
• Can I take advantage of both the Black Friday Promo and get the December Deals discount? Yes, from the time the December Deals are live until noon CT on Tuesday, Nov. 29, you can qualify for both when your cart reaches the threshold for each. The Black Friday and December Deals Promo spend amounts will qualify on the value of retail products in your cart prior to the discount being applied; once you have reached the $150+ threshold to earn both, the $25 discount will be applied at checkout.
• If there are remaining December Deals after Dec. 21, will they be moved back to Last Chance? Some will, if the product(s) started in Last Chance. Others will revert to their former prices and categories.
