Australia's Expo Support Policy 2026

CM Australia is dedicated to support CM Advisors to book, organise and operate their own stands at craft fairs and expos across Australia (“Expo Support”). Your support request will be assessed by Home Office staff and will be subject to approval.

Submitting an Expo Support Request:

  • Please submit your request no less than 4 weeks prior to the Expo start date. We require at least 3 weeks prior to the Expo start date to ship catalogues.
  • Expo Support submissions made within 4 weeks of the Expo start date may only receive limited support due to short notice.
  • CM will provide one offer of Expo support per show.  In the event that two Advisors book the same show, this will be reviewed and the amount of credit and vouchers shared between Advisors.
  • You must supply an invoice (with at least a deposit payment made) to confirm your Expo booking to KJones@CreativeMemories.com.

Expo Support Package 1:
Stand bookings valued between $200-$999.99

Home Office will provide, subject to approval:

  • 2 packs of catalogues (10 individual catalogues).*
  • Manual product credit code for $300 off an order. Should your stand booking fee be less than $300, your credit code will match the value of the stand booking. Example: Stand booking fee is $200, we will provide a credit code of $200.

Expo Support Package 2:
Stand bookings valued between $1,000-$1,999.99

Home Office will provide, subject to approval:

  • 4 packs of catalogues (20 individual catalogues).*
  • Manual product credit code of $500.

Expo Support Package 3:
Stand bookings valued at $2,000+

Home Office will provide, subject to approval:

  • 8 packs of catalogues (40 individual catalogues).*
  • Manual product credit code of $1,000.

*Catalogues: We will endeavour to provide current catalogues where we are able to do so, should they not be available, previous catalogues will be supplied.

CM Independent Advisor Expo Support Requirements

Advisors receiving Expo Support agree to the following obligations. Failure to meet these obligations will reduce your opportunity for approval of future support.

  • You must be an active Advisor at the time of the Expo.
  • Expos must be listed on the Find An Event page: https://www.creativememoriesau.com/advisor/events
  • All Advisors must only promote the Creative Memories brand, products and Advisor opportunity on their stand and at the Expo.
  • When loaning stock to other Advisors to sell at an Expo, the other Advisor must replace your stock with a product of the same value. Cash sales between Advisors are prohibited. This is so all Advisors benefit from their own Account Balance increasing.
  • Advisors must always represent CM in a professional and courteous manner and adhere to the CM Australia Advisor Agreement.
  • You must provide Expo results to KJones@CreativeMemories.com within 2 weeks of the Expo (specifically the number of leads, sales amount and number of new recruits).

Advisor Events: Events with 50+ Advisors in Attendance

Upon receiving a registration list that shows that 50+ Australian Advisors will be in attendance, the Home Office will provide:

  • Buy-it-All Bundle of the most recent collection (within the time constraints of getting it shipped to Australia)
  • Virtual Home Office attendee, or video, provided.
  • Manual product credit code of $500.
