- How long does it take to get my Photo Prints? If you order Photo Prints with other products, all items will ship together. Please allow 3-5 days of processing time for orders that include Photo Prints. Please choose your shipping option at checkout with that additional processing time in mind.
- My coupon code isn’t working. What should I do? If you don't see the 50 free Photo Prints applied in your cart, you’ll want to verify that you: 1) Are signed in to your account, 2) Have at least $100 in products in your cart, 3) Have Photo Prints in your cart, 4) Have entered the correct code.
- I have fewer than 50 photos I’d like to print. Can I still take advantage of this offer? Yes! If you have fewer than 50 photos, you will forfeit any remaining value under the coupon value.
- Is there a limit to the number of free prints I can redeem? You can redeem your code for 50 free prints one time per order, but there is no limit to the number of orders you can place with this code.
