- How long does it take to get my Photo Prints? If you order Photo Prints with other products, all items will ship together. Please allow 3-5 days of processing time for orders that include Photo Prints. Please choose your shipping option at checkout with that additional processing time in mind.
- I have fewer than 50 photos I’d like to print. Can I still take advantage of this offer? Yes! If you have fewer than 50 photos, you will forfeit any remaining value under the coupon value.
- Is there a limit to the number of free prints I can redeem? You can redeem your code for 50 free prints one time per order, but there is no limit to the number of orders you can place with this code.
- Do the 50 free prints need to be in ONE order? Yes. To receive the 50 prints free, ensure you have 50 or more prints in ONE project. If you split the quantity of the 50 prints between more than one project, you will not receive the full discount amount.
- Does the “cost” of Photo Prints in my cart count toward the $100 spend to earn the free prints? Yes!
- My coupon code isn’t working. What should I do?
