We are thrilled to kick off the introduction of the Penny app to Advisors! 

Our goal at Home Office is to equip you, as an Advisor, with tools to grow your CM business. In addition to our regular marketing support provided with each launch, we are now adding the Penny app to your options for reaching new customers individually and gaining efficiencies with your 1:1 Customer Care. And because Home Office is covering the costs, Penny is available to you for FREE!

You’ll want to read through the information below to determine if you are ready for the Penny app to help you grow your CM business.

WHAT IS THE PENNY APP?

Penny is like having a virtual assistant who gets insights from your Creative Memories Advisor HQ data. Penny learns your business and gives you suggestions for who to connect with, what to do and recommends when to do it.

 

For instance, Penny will notify you when you receive a new online customer order and will serve up reminders to you to reach out to affiliated customers who placed an online order with you in the past but haven’t ordered in a while. Penny even gives you tips on what to say and connects you to a Creative Memories content library of promotional graphics and scripts.

GETTING PENNY-PREPARED

To Start Using Penny: 

  • On your mobile phone, head to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) and download Penny. Note: You must use the same email address you use for your Creative Memories account when setting up your Penny account.
  • As you follow the steps, choose “Creative Memories” as your organization.
  • Next, use your Creative Memories website login credentials to connect to your account.

Important: Once you are connected, the Penny app will begin to sync your Advisor data. Depending on the amount of data in your account, syncing may take up to 24 hours.

When creating your Penny account and syncing with your CM Advisor account for the first time:

 

  • Your Penny account credentials can be any email and password you choose. Note: Your Penny credentials do not have to be the same as your CM Advisor account credentials. We would suggest your passwords differ for security reasons. Whatever you choose, you’ll want to make sure you have a safe record of your logins and passwords.
  • Once your Penny account is created, choose “Creative Memories” as your organization.
  • To sync your Creative Memories data with your Penny account, you will need to enter your Creative Memories Advisor account email and password.
  • After you’ve finished that step, give syncing some time. It may take up to 24 hours.

 

Once your Penny account and your Creative Memories account are synced, they should stay synced. For instance, any changes you might make in the future to update your email addresses or passwords in your Penny or Creative Memories accounts should not affect the backend connection between the two accounts. However, the login credentials changed on your CM account won't migrate to your Penny account and vice versa.

  • Penny Field-Wide Launch Webinar — Oct. 26 at 12pm CT. CEO Alison Dutton will offer an introduction to Penny, then the Penny Trainers will walk you through how to get started with this helpful tool. Watch the Recording

Join Chris Kennedy, one of Penny's Field Trainers, who will demonstrate the Content Library, including using Home Office-provided content for the Birthday Week promo to maximize sales and make completing your tasks quick and efficient! Chris will also demonstrate how to create and categorize your own custom content, so come ready with a piece of content you'd like to upload to your account! Watch the Recording

  • The Power of Customer Care — Nov. 8 at 5pm CT. You’ve learned how to make the most of a promo and launch, now tune in to see how to grow your business with Penny’s customer care (aka Working with Prospects) features! During this session, Chris will walk you through the “Fill Your Funnel” feature and you’ll see how easy and fun customer care can be. Watch the Recording

  • Making Lists Work for YouNov. 15 at 5pm CT. If you're wanting to maximize your time, Chris will not only show you how to create Custom Lists, but how to filter those lists so you're targeting the right customers! Chris will also demonstrate how to send multi-messages via SMS text messaging, so you’ll want to bring your cell phone along with you to this session. With the Black Friday promo going on, custom lists are a great feature to learn and utilize now to boost your sales! Watch the Recording
