We are thrilled to kick off the introduction of the Penny app to Advisors!
Our goal at Home Office is to equip you, as an Advisor, with tools to grow your CM business. In addition to our regular marketing support provided with each launch, we are now adding the Penny app to your options for reaching new customers individually and gaining efficiencies with your 1:1 Customer Care. And because Home Office is covering the costs, Penny is available to you for FREE!

WHAT IS THE PENNY APP?
Penny is like having a virtual assistant who gets insights from your Creative Memories Advisor HQ data. Penny learns your business and gives you suggestions for who to connect with, what to do and recommends when to do it.
For instance, Penny will notify you when you receive a new online customer order and will serve up reminders to you to reach out to affiliated customers who placed an online order with you in the past but haven’t ordered in a while. Penny even gives you tips on what to say and connects you to a Creative Memories content library of promotional graphics and scripts.

To Start Using Penny:
Important: Once you are connected, the Penny app will begin to sync your Advisor data. Depending on the amount of data in your account, syncing may take up to 24 hours.

When creating your Penny account and syncing with your CM Advisor account for the first time:
Once your Penny account and your Creative Memories account are synced, they should stay synced. For instance, any changes you might make in the future to update your email addresses or passwords in your Penny or Creative Memories accounts should not affect the backend connection between the two accounts. However, the login credentials changed on your CM account won't migrate to your Penny account and vice versa.
