How Your Order Will Arrive
- Your 12x12 Custom Album Cover is printed on our matte bookcloth finish and comes ready to add your pages.
- Custom Refill Pages are not included. You can add up three packs of Custom Refill Pages to your order as a separate item.
- Your cover will ship to you without pages. Within your album, you can mix and match Custom Refill Pages with traditional pages and Pocket Pages and create an album that is completely unique!
- You can order multiple quantities of your Custom Album Cover! This is a great way to create copies of the same album for family and friends.

Custom Covers Will Ship with Other Products
If you order a Custom Album Cover with other products (e.g., Tape Runner, Page Protectors), all items will ship together. Custom Album Covers take an extra 3-5 business days of processing time. Please choose your shipping option at checkout with that additional processing time in mind.

New themes for Custom Album Covers will launch frequently. Watch your Creative Memories emails for announcements.
- You will notice each theme includes an expiration date next to its name. This is the date the theme will no longer be available. We will continue to add and remove themes to keep designs fresh over time. Themes will expire two times a year either on Dec. 31 or June 30. To view these expiration dates, you must choose the Custom Album Cover product and click CUSTOMIZE to begin the creation process. After naming your project, you will be able to view all theme expiration dates.
- For each theme available, you will have the ability to add artwork for that theme within the Designer. You do not have to purchase the Digital Artwork separately. This includes artwork for designer papers, Fast2Fab™ designs, elements (stickers and embellishments) and mats for that collection. However, once the theme has expired, this artwork will no longer be available. You can purchase and upload Creative Memories Digital Artwork (and other artwork you own) into the Custom Album Covers Designer as a JPG or PNG.
- If you place an order for a Custom Album Cover, you will have two years from your purchase date to order that cover again (even if the theme has expired).
- Our Designer is not a photo-storage solution. Photos are meant to be uploaded for the creation of a product and we do not guarantee photo storage.

You Can Create a Custom Album Cover in Your Own Software and Print It with Creative Memories
- When using another program to design your cover, you can choose to create a front, back, or spine.
- To create a front or back cover, it needs to be a JPG or PNG file sized 13.5x13.5 inches with a .5 inch bleed on all sites at 300 dpi. This allows enough area to properly wrap around the edges of the cover.
- In Artisan, you will need to create a “Custom Project Size” for the front/back cover and spine. These videos will show you how.
- To add images that you have designed elsewhere into our Designer, you will upload them just like you would photos. See how it's done in this video about how to upload photos.
- TIP: Because our covers and spines are wrapped, it is recommended to visually leave ample space around the edges and to preview the product before ordering. Elements placed close to the edge may get wrapped.
- When you select your theme, choose this Full Photo Cover option. This allows you to auto-build using your pre-designed cover in seconds or drag and drop your pre-made designs on the cover page, back page and spine.

Looking to add even more of a wow-factor to your Custom Album Cover? For only $12 more you can show off your design skills by adding a show-stopping Custom Foiled Spine to your Custom Album Cover! You'll find 16 fonts available in gold, silver or black foil on our plain 12x12 bookcloth album colours.
